Anyone know where SO2 tires are available locally in Chicago?

The Tire Rack is about 2 hour drive for you. You should just take the wheels off and load them in the trunk of your daily driver and go down to South Bend. You will get a much better price and they will balance them properly and won’t scratch up your rims.
As an alternative call the Tire Rack and have them ship the tires to Becker Service in Naperville. They will also do a good job of mounting and balancing.
