Post Assimetric Tire PSI's

Iv'e noticed many rennlisters saying that PSI is very important for perfomance..

This is my setup

225/40/18 Pirelli N Zero Assim (front)
285/40/18 Pirelli N Zero Assim (Rear)

what should be the ideal PSI's for both ?...

at the moment its 34 PSI (front) and 36 PSI (rear)..i feel my car is beind dragged and as well as my Tiptronic gear changing pretty faster..

at half pedal, my gear changes from 2 till 4 by the time im at 60-70 km/h .. i feel its because of the PSI on my tyres..since i got new tires..

ne suggestions on PSI's ??
