What is the difference in these different racing porsche's? And whats the diff in the GT and GTS class?

After reading your post, esp. the header. I realized you are confused...

The only factory Porsche racing currently is the 996 GT3RS and the GT3 Cup Car. The GT3RS races in the GT class in the two series above. The GT3 Cup races in two lower level series in the US. World Challenge and Grand Am Cup.

In Porsche Club Racing (PCA) you have different classes that range from GT1 to GT5 with designation of "R" or "S" on the end depending on what type of tire they are using.

There is no such thing as a GT2RS.

The difference between the GT and GTS classes depends on the series and you should look in the web pages above for a good explaination.
