There are some chromed 18" turbo twists on ebay:

If you don't mind 18", try www.suncoastporsche.com, go to parts->specials, and for $1495 they have brand new 18" 996 twists complete with new tires. The offsets look like they will work for a narrowbody 993. This link might work:

No affiliation, etc.

I don't think the 993 twists came in 17", althought the Boxster twists do - are those the ones you are interested in? Also, besides the bling-bling factor, there are some issues with chroming wheels vs. polishing...make sure that you are comfortable with those potential issues. In particular do a search on Jeff's chrome twists on his 993 TT.

I have a line on a set of polished 17" cup wheels if you're interested. They're not perfect though as they've seen the track a few times.

Well I thought these were 17" 993s. If not somebody let me know, I was thinking about bidding on them.

Thanks

Be careful - all 4 wheels are 17x8.5 with an offset of 55??

I dont think so!

Also, get him to mail you a shot of the tires with the tread on them...

Also ask him to give you the part# stamped on the back of the rims. If they are 17" I think they are aftermarket as they do not look like Boxster rims.
