Anyone heard of WR04 recall? UK '94 993 owner chasing Porsche Cars UK regarding W301 recall (engine wiring loom) was told his car was also subject to WR04 recall, but no details.

Hi PJC,
This is probably the global wiring loom recall that Porsche are doing on a lot of earlier 993s. If you do a search on this you find loads of posts.
Cheers,
David

Two weeks ago, the dealer told me that they were expecting a recall for 993s. Apparently, it involved an engine hose, and would take three days to fix. I have not heard anything since. FYI, I'm in Hong Kong.

I lkke CJ's reply - I believe you are right. The engine wiring loom is W301.
Anyone else heard about this engine hose? Is it a new recall or old?
