Carfax does not often = Car Facts.
My 94 ZR1 was big time smashed by a careless fool who admitted fault. His Safeco paid all- multi-tens of thousands in repairs. Car should have been totaled. My USAA was notified; there was a Portland, OR police report filed.
Carfax showed nothing about the accident, repairs, etc.
Unrelated, I'm 77, a retired surgeon, drive pretty aggressively, and do not plan on selling the Porsche until I'm lifted out of it!

Was the claim limited to property damage or did the claim include bodily injury?

Luckily I didn't pursue it. The jerk salesman at P W Houston and high pressure tactics ended saving me from trouble.
