Quick rear wheel bearing question (updated)
There seem to be two styles of bearings,
--the one in the Porsche catalog is bearing w/races held in place by some bolt-on retainers.
--There seems to also be an aftermarket bearing assembly offered, one where the bearing is pre-pressed into what looks like a casting frame and it is bolted in as a unit using the tapped holes the original bearing used to hold its retainers.
Does this second arrangement fit the 993 rear or is it not for our cars?
I was wondering if this second arrangement fits our cars and makes the install easier.

Wheel Bearing
Found p-car diy. Replaced bearing in 15. Seems it was in a race then encapsulated if makes sense?
can't say whats better. Money wise $60-80. Have a file on laptop if u need pics - I broke one oops.
