Default 1995 X51

I am wondering if the X51/3.8L factory option was offered on the 1995 in the US ? This is what I have in mine in France and they do not seem common at all here (not that they are common in Europe either but you see them).

Was not offered in the US, though a few have made their way here.

See this thread. Official Porsche document showing which countries the X51 option was available within. https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...led-specs.html

X51 was an approved option only in EU countrie, Hong Kong and Singapore

down side of X51 is the slp fit cylinders

you can build a better X51 w/ 109mm base RSR cylinders and 102mm bore 11-12:1 pistons, add RS cams(or better) and chip tuning for an easy 300hp on a US 993 vram

non vram X51 was 285hp
