I hope not wide body 993 will remain where they are, I think they are amazing fun to drive and of course having 20 of them is a very nice way not to see the tacho decrease the value, but from my personal point of view, each one has his legit one, 911, the 993 especially, ask to be driven the way the onwer like to drive them.
They are such an amazing starting base to personalise them in the way each one prefers to enjoy them, and every time I drive mine, wow...I always think I should drive her more than I do. They are wonderful piece of art, like in the nice movie film "A good year" with Russel Crowe and Marian Cotilliard, there is a nice scene where he says to his Boss while the Boss himself is offering him the position of senior associate...
Sir Nigel: Now what's it to be: the money or your life?
Max Skinner: When do you ever see it,Nige? The real one? When do you look at it? Do you make late-night pilgrimages down to the vault just to see it or...?
Sir Nigel: What point are you making?
these beautiful creatures that are the 993 still have so many wonderful stories to tell, especially compared to their big *** sisters
These prices are ridiculous and way overbought. I'm sure most of the current 993 owners would not buy at fraction of these inflated prices. All it does it makes ownership more expensive with higher agreed value insurance and less miles to prevent depreciation/accidents. Takes the joy out of these cars and frankly I don't see how they're worth it, even if they're in 60k range.
That Zenith Blue car had a long line of buyers and is pending, I called on it to see if there was a shot, but was way too late. It was only marketed on that private dealer's website, can only imagine if it hit a more mainstream audience like BaT or even here on Rennlist.
that seller is just fishing, and surely no one is paying $160 for a guards red 35k mile C4S, the silver on blue interior with sports seats tarek307 just had was in the $130s and the zenith blue at autokennel is under $120

I recently bought zroom's 1997 Guards Red C4S. It was a lot of money, of course, but I couldn't be happier. WB 993s with low mileage and no stories are increasingly hard to find, and I feel lucky just to have it.
