That was well sold! The new owner will start out @ $101K (with buy fee). Then add state sales tax (most states) and any needed transportation plus restoration fees and all of sudden your in @ $120K very quickly or more.

With the 5% adder, kinda make this 4s a better buy. https://www.roadsport-usa.com/detail...3vs320844.html

We live in interesting times. I think the fact that the seller was pretty honest with the condition of the car and responded with plenty of timely answers helped the bidding.

can someone please explain to me how a 4S, with rear quarter damage, goes for $96k before fees?? damage will be known and the quarter will require a repaint.

what gives?? as a 4S owner, this number is just beyond my reason.

Fed prints US$ w/ abandon + other western Central Banks following suit = inflation, one of which is asset. It's not just precious metals and bitcoin, but all valuable asset classes (i.e. houses, collectible cars).
Just when I thought I made a sufficient increase in guarantee value insurance...

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Above is why I just increased my insured value of my car. Mine is just a simple C2 not a rare C2S or C4S.

Just amazing. I guess the buyer cashed in on some GME stock at its height. I always thought I'd be buried in my car, but at these prices...sheesh!

Note: I was surprised to see low miles/dealer maintained car with an engine bay that looked like crap. It looks like it was covered in brown dust, and i was thinking poorly maintained car/SF-bay fires last year/ until i saw pic 131 that shows a hose disconnected from the airbox. I think that hose vents air from the clutch to the filter. And when its disconnected the engine bay looks like its been in the desert.

This one will be at least $110K. Much rarer color combo and options than the silver one.

Why would a 4S have silver calipers?

Why would a 4S have silver calipers?

Because someone that owned the car had them painted silver

I guess the more important question is why the dealer listed the 4S as Rear Wheel Drive?....
