Fire Extinguisher -- Any Secrets?
For DE/track.
Buy off Web? Perf Parts or another vendor?
Best mount on seat runner/track at floor?
Halon? Chemical?
Anything else?

You mean there are two DJ's with C4S's out there? 
I bought my extinquisher from OG racing. I think it is Halon and is more expensive than other chemicals. Give them a call and they can give you your options. I mounted it on a Brey Krause mount connected to the passenger seat. In my race car the extinquisher had to be within reach with your harnesses tight and the seat mount didn't pass tech so I mounted it to the cross beam on my roll cage near the center console.
If you need a bracket let me know. Mine is like new.
