Eric, I approve tentatively your application, although I see from your signature a lot of performance modifications which do not count well on your application However since you are a brew maker and I know this has already struck a cord especially with one teamate I think the Big T will give you the nod and you will have the honor of becoming the Hundreth member of this illustrious race team
As for you Graham we expect an essay as to why you should be considered to join our ranks, proof of merit etc.

I'm pretty sure that my engineering feat of fitting Porsche seats into a Plymouth garnered a spot as Khyber Pass Technologist, but am always willing to pledge again.
* My very first spin on track was in Summit Point's T1: a pirouette that put my driver's door spot on the apex, per the Team Motto. As T1 is a right hander I kind of wish it had been the passenger door but I did get an excellent view of the flag station and oncoming traffic.
*I am an inventor of the robotic passing signal, an electromechanical arm similar to old semaphore turn signals, which relieves the fatigue of the HWFM driver who, like myself, has his or her hand out the window for most of the straights.
* I like beer and can be easily cajoled into buying it for other people.

Ed,
I like cajoling almost as much as I like free beer. Great apex story... very HWFM Racing-like. And, as an extra bonus, a 72 'cuda. You have it all... sense of humor, inability to drive fast, loose with the beer, and a 'cuda. Thumbs up.

Ed is absolutely in.
His Robotic arm signaler was, and is, way ahead of its time, and he does paint a very graphic image of seeing the flag station from a new perspective.
This is another highly qualified application that was lost in the confusion a memorable night on Rennlist, and a seriously challenged short term memory bank.
My apologies Ed for not following through.

I've often wondered that myself.
As I recall, he did not formally apply, but rather was named an honorary member. I believe that occurred after the first night the team sampled RJT's specialty. So my memory may be foggy.
In one sense, there's a bit of Jimbob in all of us.
However, if Jimbob is not a real individual, but an alias, I believe Mr. Jumpback could be any one of a number of people.
If the latter is the case, I do have a pet theory.
Consider Mr Calvo.
He can be witty.
He can be mean.
He can be curmudgeonly.
He's from Pittsburgh, not far from the Appalachian highlands.
See the pattern?
I leave you to draw your own conclusions.

(Icer - Sorry for that, but I also sent a lot of money to Northwestern. If I let that go by, my daughter and son-in-law would be so disappointed.)

Hey, I'll be attending my FIRST ever track event April 17-18th at Buttonwillow. I assure you that you have every reason to be confident in my intentions to hold the team values to heart, forward or backwards! Toby Pennycuff, I think I may need your services to pull me out of the kitty litter! I am, however, excited beyond belief! Now accepting team tips and advice. I'd like to sport some team apearel at the event, so let me know if another shirt run is in the making.
