Nice - the guys at San Carlos German Motor Works are great. Until around a year ago, I lived just up the hill from them.
Sounds like you got a great car. DM me if you're not already in one of the Bay Area PCA regions and could use a lay of the land. Also some good Bay Area Porsche groups on Facebook.

not that it needs to be your first priority, but you need new wheels. an S doesn't look right w/o twists or something aftermarket - imo.

Congrats on the purchase and you got a solid list of mods.
Here is my experience with the similar mods:
I went with RS engine mounts and couldn’t have been happier. Helped with the play when shifting.
I upgraded my all original 993 suspension with RS sway bars, uprights, tie rods and KWv3 as well as ER sport bushings. While not cheap, upgrading the suspension totally change the way the car handles and drives. It was money well spent.
I just swapped out the entire shift linkage with the three items below:
Solid, responsive and tight shifting now.
You may want to eventually swap out the light system to HID/LED.

great looking car!
If you go with Wevo mounts, just make sure that you do not tighten to factory torque settings, the Wevos use a lower torque value, you will crush their pillows if you use factory settings (trust me, I know)
Second the HID lighting, if you intend on doing any nighttime driving, you will definitely want the improved lighting. The factory lighting from the mid 90s was atrocious! HID is a great way to go. make sure you aim the beams.
enjoy!
