That’s also a full leather interior, which is somewhat rare on a C2S. Really nice with the special interior color. Polar silver is pretty rare for a C2S as well. I have a friend with one that has a blue interior, and I saw one other FS on Rennlist a few years ago. Most C2S are arctic silver since they are 97-98. Given the rare color combo and interior condition, if it checks out this sounds like a great buy.

Yeah, standard factory wheels are 17" for the C2S -- I believe called "Cup Design" or something. Turbo twist was an option -- standard on C4S. Most widebody 993s have 18 inch turbo twist or aftermarket. On the WBs, the 18 inch wheels really look best, IMO.

You're never going to find a pristine, perfect example. As long as the thing wasn't in an accident and has a bent up shell, or some other major, catastrophic issue then most things are manageable, if you have the time, willpower and wallet. This car looks like a good example and the interior is in good shape. My car has leather interior as well and it's a nice upgrade to have.

Beautiful car! Either the front of the vehicle has paint protection film or the nose has been re-painted. If it went 72,000 miles without any road rash, it was driven only on lonely roads in the middle of the night!

I am a sucker for red interiors...

My 993 is full-leather Flamenco Red which is more of a rose color, versus CanCan which is a lipstick red - my 928 S4 is CanCan.

The Boxster Red then looks like it has an orange hue to it.

Great looking car, especially being a widebody 'S'!

this is what I believe

there is no Porsche color code 5858, but 5858 is an option on past existing color (and not PTS).
On papers , it should mention which code . Polar is 92E or 92M

Lots of 2S 993's came with 17" wheels, not strange at all. 18's were an option on these like the NB's.

OP beautiful car, gorgeous interior, full leather is very rare and IMHO is the single nicest option you can have on a 993 -- really changes the feel of the car from a the cheap standard vinyl/plastic interior.

I wouldn't bother with a LD test, compression looks good and LD won't tell you if it's burning oil (valve guides) -- any record of top end rebuild in the car's history?

Love that color combo and the full leather option is very nice plus! Good luck on completing the purchase.
