Suspension Question
I have a 95C2 with 123K miles. I am still riding on the original stock suspension and it is starting to get pretty rough. I have yet to DME the car and plan on doing so, maybe a couple of times a year. I have the opportunity to buy the springs and shocks from a 2002 Turbo with a couple of thousand miles on them for about $500.00. Any thoughts from those of you in the know?

Great to hear of a car with real mileage! My 95 is at 92K miles, so I'm catching up!
To answer your question, it's definitely time to replace your rear shock, as well as your front struts. Not sure if 2002 Turbo parts will fit your car - let's wait for the experts to chime in.
FYI, a very nice upgrade is the ROW M030 setup. Perfect for daily street and occassional track use.

It's happening on Wednesday. Barring an installation glitch, I expect the results to be nothing short of positive.

Add me on to the list!
I am still on the fence to do either the PSS-9 or the ROW/HD and very interested in Viken's feedback. Viken, I am curious to whether or not there is a different part# to the Bilstein HD for the US or ROW springs since the ride height is different. Can I ask who is doing the installtion? Thanks!

To my knowledge, the Bilstein dampers for the 993 carry the same part numbers worldwide. The only difference is that they are labeled as "HD" by Bilstein.com and "Sport" by Bilstein.de. The shocks are designed to work properly with shorter springs. As such, they are a great alternative to the ROW M030 units. I could e-mail you the name of the shop that's doing the work but you don't have an e-mail address listed.
