My interior looks the same as yours, but I have deviated stitching ( black) on seats and Porsche crests on the headrests.
I have several 5 digit codes ( in order):
00051, 00061, 16931
16981, 17001

Finally I was able to ask someone who knows ...
The sticker does mostly never cover all installed options, but mostly covers options which are 'special'
It is not uncommon that also special options (like my X50) are not mentioned on the sticker, happened before and after my car got his at the factory ...

The 5 digit codes are special advises for Porsche Exclusive!

For my sticker:
00051 special order paint interior
00101 Exclusive parts procurement
09971 customer tailoring instructions

Unfortunately I couldn't find the explanation for 16931 as shown above ....

but most of the codes can be found here: https://www.turbo-look.de/decoder just put in the 3 or 5 digit number and see what comes out; even in english

Thank you for the link.

translation is a little off (from what I would have said) on the site for me.
00051 = Sonderfarbe innenaustattung = special color interior decor ( customized interior) ; in my case probably the black dash/ carpet with gray seats and door panels
00061 = special order paint stitching = special color thread ( deviated stitching), black stitching on my seats
16981 = Porsche crests on the headrest ( they got that translation right )

Like Holger said no explanation for codes : 16931, 17001

Anyone ever see or have this book?
Amazon Amazon

I think the book is pretty useless
everything what they offer is described on the end of the PET and / or can be found in the web nowadays anyway.
If you don't get your full option list from the Porsche server, it only shows you what you get from the sticker ... so as we have seen, not very efficient anyway ...

For the Exclusive numbers, they are partial pretty individual, include customized orders. Might be the reason that not all numbers show up.
as sample some numbers from a friends 964:
Code:
E-09981
Fahrzeugueberstellung zu VRS zum Einbau von Exklusive Teilen - FAHRZEUG-UEBERSTELLUNG NACH ZP 7.0 AN VRS EXC-SCHLEIFE) Vehicle transfers to VRS for the installation of exclusive parts
Code:
Z-00341
INNENAUSST. nach Skizze - z.B KOMBINIERT LEDER WEISS 9 AG/LIPSTICK (MJ 88) (BEST. 19.12.91) (LENKRAD SCHWARZ) Interiors by sketch + details with date of order
Code:
E-09991
Hergestellt fuer das Exclusivprogramm - Exclusiv Optionen mit Abweichungen manufacture from the exclusive-programme - Exclusive-options with differences

This is going to eat at me until I can figure it out.

There’s nothing out of the ordinary with my car interior except for the deviated colors, which is apparently included in the “PJ” interior code. But so far, the deviated interior seems to be the only thing in common with cars that have this 16931 code.

I don’t think it’s some type of multi-option code, either. There’s plenty of cars with three times as many listed options as mine so it doesn’t make sense that they would use a five digit code to save space on the sticker.

For sure no multi option code!

As said before, very individualized advise for the Porsche Exclusive department

it could just mean something profane as -remove ashtray- or - special gearshift **** -
or 'park the car behind the color booth ... '

Hi Holger,

Check out my final edit at the top of my original post. I might have figured it out! Unfortunately I don’t have any other documents with the options list to confirm if my car has any “Z” codes.

I was about to give up and just say that 16931 meant that the steering wheel was installed by Hans on the 3rd shift

Coming back to this. Yep I made a mistake referring to the porsche crests. 16931 is deviated carpet. I am working on a car with interior code LC (Cashmere/Black Partial Leather) where under normal circumstances everything is cashmere except the black dash. But in this specific case the carpets are black as well so only the leather surfaces (seats, door cards) are cashmere and this car is a 16931 car.

As for 00061, this car has that as well but the stitching on the seats is also cashmere like the leather. Ive seen another car with cashmere seats with 00061 and deviated carpet 16931 it has cashmere stitch on the seats too. I believe the 00061 is the stitching of the carpet in the same color as the deviating carpet color. If you look at the carpet in general, it needs stitched to the door cards, floors, hump etc and the thread is the same color as the carpet. So 00061 would basically be included in the 16931 and is just a fulfillment code triggered by 16931 and not really a line item cost code.

I believe this is correct but if someone wants to counter it let me know. The 00xxx five digit codes and 09xxx codes tend to just be fulfillment/re-rerouting codes based on other triggers or to detour to Exclusive.
