Used State Farm ever since I bought my 1976 911 new way back when; was the only company that would cover me. Have had several 'ticket incidents' and lost my license; was still always listed as a "good driver" on their records.

$686/yr in Steelertown for my 993; second vehicle (less than 5K miles/year; $100K/300K liabiliyt, $1k comprehensive and collision deductible).

CPB,
Go to a junk yard, buy a $50 car and insure it as your primary driver. Put your C4S as your secondary leisure car. Problem solved.

For the folks that have a mileage limit on their policies:

Has anyone had their insurance company check up on your actual mileage? What do they do if you exceed it?

just curious...

Mike,

$390 annual? jeez, that's cheap even with $1000 deductable. Man, I feel like I'm getting robbed.
