AB,

I have used the Wolf products and been very happy with the quality. They have a variety of materials for indoor, outdoor. My car is always garaged, so I use the Dustop product.

california car cover has some very good material to pick from depending on what you require. I picked one up made out of a very light material that has worked very well and is washable. You can check them out at http://www.calcarcover.com.

If only for your garage, I use two flannel sheets. Much easier to get on and off, plus provides less rub on the paint, imo. If outside, sure need a fitted one.

Beverly Hills Motoring Accessories. I've had many over many years. They fit well and seem to be quite durable, and have never done any damage to the paint. Flannel covers don't breathe well, so they're not good if any moisture is around.

Gert sells a great indoor cover made in Italy by the company that does covers for Ferrari. They are custom made for your car and a very nice fit, an S body cover is different from a narrow body, etc. It's breathable, heat proof and machine washable.

Personally, I don't like car covers. They do more harm than good, imho.

Most people don't know how to properly use a car cover, both in preparation of the car as well as taking the cover on and off.

It's ironic that you actually have to keep your car cleaner to use a car cover than if you didn't use a car cover.

The best one (by far) that I've ever had is the one that I got from Gert:

This is an indoor car cover though.
