I need precision for the best performance on the track.

The 993 CUP had still some rubber?
RSR was fully mono-ball, I have oe RSR rear A-arms(993.331.041(2).81 ) on mine w/ Rennline and Tarret for the others, In front I just replaced the stock rubber bushes w/ mono-***** RSR did the same

yes the Cups used the same uni-ball joints as RSR, front and rear

Regarding the KT effect, I must have misinterpreted something, as I was under the impression that the turnbuckles eliminate KT effect. So, is it fine then to have sport bushings in the A-arm inner bushings, or are monoballs required there because of the turnbuckles for camber, KT and toe?
The key for you is to set the car up correctly so that the KT does what it's intended. We're not really trying to "eliminate" the KT. There are a lot of really good suspension options (you're on the right track), but the alignment is a major part of the set up. With a 993, if the KT isn't set up right the car will be squirrelly and maybe dangerous. Set the KT right and the car has grip for days and is predictable.

The good news is there is an excellent 993 shop very close to us (Protosport). They know what they're doing with the alignment.

Let me know when you want to meet up again. Maybe another ride in my car will help now that you've done a bit more research.

THe #5 arm aka KT arm just changes the wheels caster, the effect is exactly the same as in the front less caster makes the car turn more easily but can make it feel skittisj, more caster slows down the rear response and makes the car more stable, ther rear effect is mor pronounced than at the front

You want an happy medium which will be different for every situation/

factory spec on the Motorsport's gauge seen above is 3 - 3.5

@wallyman424, which version of the MCS 1WNR did you buy, RS and lower or RS and higher?

You mentioned wanting to raise your suspension. You’re at -5mm RS now, right? Do you think 5mm will be enough, or is there something I don’t know whereby you can go higher?

Ok, went back through my emails. I actually went with the full body shock, standard height. It has enough adjustment in the threaded body for just about any ride height you want. I think the "track" package is just a shorter overall shock.

MCS shock absorbers look amazing, it doesn't matter which version or type, I can't literally wait to see them installed amd feel how the car behaves.
But related to the KT settings, I am now dealing exactly with this aspect onto the silver 993 and I also got the FD Motorsport tool, but actually I don't know at which value should be set nor how to use it!
Ride height should be precisely just few mm lower RS ride height, since the PSS10 coilovers seem to be not working properly at lower ride height, especially in the rear.

Thanks for that clarification. It makes sense and aligns with the recommendation I received.

Nope. Rennline units. Yellow bushing.

@wallyman424, did you use the Tarrett, Elephant, or other locking plate kit?

I got them through rennline. Locked the eccentric bushings on all arms. If I recall there was one that I had to clearance a little so it would fit.

After much back and forth, I decided to stick with the 17” cup2 wheels. I like the look and the weight. It was time for a change though, so I took them to them to my wheel guy to get powder coated. They just sent me a preview, I think it’ll look great.
