OldGuy took a bunch of pics, but will not be posting them until he gets home.. And as Jim for CIncinnati told us, we had more 993TTs in the driveway at one time yesterday than are in the entire state of Ohio... I was really hoping that we would have had 10 TTs all together. But with people coming and going I think the most we had was 5 or 6 at one time... Oh, and a number of NAs were also in attendance.

I actually was there the earliest. Met Jim at 7:30 am for a drive. I think Old Guy just poped out of bed then. We were back from a country spin by 10ish. Then Old GUy and Nelson took the RUF out for a bit.
Unfortunately I had to be home to accompany my better half to go shopping. I drove out as Eric was driving in. So I missed most of the good folks. and the BBQ
Eventually made it back to Bob's by 3 ish, and Jim was there. Then Jeff and Ted showed up, but I had to go at 5 for a family dinner.
All in all, Bob's and Yvonne's hospitality was unparelleled. We had spectacular weather throughout. I hope the out-of-town folks were favorably impressed.
I never did make the photo-shoot though.

Ok....
You West Coast guys are beginning to make me a little envious. With all the great weather you guys have and with the tremendous comradarie it's getting me sick! Just so you guys know what you're missing here...it's about 35 degrees and slush here in NYC.
It's really great to see what a great group of members we have on this board. Hopefully one day, I will be able to join you guys for a drive or some simple P-car talk.
Do we have a bizarro Viperbob in the East Coast??

Well,
Just to 'clarify' the weather part. The weekend was mid-70 degrees, light breeze, crystal clear to light featherly clouds. T-shirt and ice-cold beer weather. The local Gorden Birch brews were spectacular as well.
Add to that Bob's phenomenal slow-roast prime rib, Cheese Cake Factory original cheese cake, the collection of P-cars, we're simply in heaven.
If other Rennlisters are not having fun as we are, sorry for rubbing it in.

Thanks to all the guys that showed up yesterday. It was a good to see everyone out again in their cars. Hope you enjoyed the BBQ.. And then Formula One on the big screen. Next I'll be getting Tivo and a flat panel screen in the garage.. Not kidding BTW...
See ya, and anyone coming out to the Bay Area please let us know. It was great meeting Jim from Cincinnati...

OMG, you might be right! I'm sooo confused.
Too much sun over the weekend. I need my Mommy.
