I would not be a fan of all the bolted on parts, and I don't think I would put that mod in the same class of a Singer. That said, if YOU like it and it would make you happy to drive by all means go for it. In the end the only one you need to please is yourself and maybe your wife and then perhaps your first born that always has an opinion, lol.

Here is my thought on the SINGER Porsche builds. You spend three quarters of a million dollars building a perfect car. The problem is, you have created something that becomes a prisoner to your garage because GOD FORBID it should get a scratch, a nick, a scuff or a ding. You know, all the things that inevitably happen when you actually drive a car.

That would suck. For me - any car not driven is a shame. But what if you did DD a Singer and didn't worry about those scratches, nicks, scuffs? I mean Singer could always clean it up for you and if you had $700K plus to spend maybe you could afford those risks/expenses.

Maybe I just don’t ‘get it’, nothing to do with any puristic POV, all see are sheet metal screws and cartoonish dimensions. Just an opinion.
