HVAC servo motors
I am looking to verify part numbers for these 5 servo motors. From my on line parts diagram I come up with the following:
Fresh air: 964 624 901 00
defroster: 964 624 902 00
Flap control box: 993 624 325 00
temperature mixing flap center: 993 572 905 00 (lists 2 needed)
The diagram descriptions are a bit confusing. I am trying to replace the 2 motors behind the kick panels that control temperature. I am thinking they are 993 572 905 00 however that conflicts with an earlier thread.
Can anyone verify the correct part number for the left and right servos that moves the flap that controls temperature.
Thanks

Once you verify, I have some used, but completely functional servo motors for sale @ $150 ea.
Currently out of pocket, but will be able to verify what I have after Dec 5, 2019.

The USA catalog shows 993 624 325 for the two servo motors in the footwells left & right.
New servos are very expensive so just repacing them all seems like an expensive and unnecessary endeavor.
Consider rebuild kits for $150~$200 to rebuild your problematic servos only available from Partisan Auto
Partisan will rebuild your servos but the two-way shipping cost will add up if you are not in the EC.
Alternatively, Partisan has rebuild kits for your old servos - a kitchen table DIY project. The kit replaces most of the internal parts including the motor, circuit board and the gear with the electrical brushes..
One can also save money by running your OBDC on your HVAC and only fix the servos that come up bad.
Also Tore on his web site has great information on diagnosing problems wit the HVAC BergvillFX
One can also test the servos with a 9-volt battery or open one up and inspect the circuit board and electrical brushes for burn marks and if healthy clean out the old grease with a spry electronic cleaner and relube the parts.
My 993 has over 100K miles on it and I have only needed to replace the fresh air servo under the cowl in the frunk on top.

I was unable to find a rebuild kit at the Partisan site. Do you happen to have a link to it?

Hi Jimbo,
Just send them your part number and request a price on the kit for it by email. They possibly do not publicize the kits in their home market for cost /profit reasons.
Here is a posting on the subject:
