Post Castrol TWS 10w-60

Has anyone tried Castrol TWS 10W-60 oil or know of it apart from the fact that it is the recommended oil for e46 m3s.

As recommended, I use it in the 2002 M3. Actually, we haven't needed to add any oil during the first 5,000 miles of use, but we have some in the garage that the dealer gave us at no cost.

As far as I can tell, it costs about $7/qt, which is significantly more than Mobil-1 15W-50, which can be purchased in 5-gallon jugs at Wal-mart for about $17. I'm not sure that the extra expense is really justified for our 993's, especially since our cars need so much oil, unless you live in a climate that sees extremes in temperature.

Tks for the reply Anir. I was wondering whether it would be better for my P-car since the climate here is tropical and hot all year round and my P-car runs hotter than my M3 (230F vs 194F for p-car/M3 respectively?
