The drivers seat bolster takes a beating in our cars (or any 911 for that matter) -- any way to protect that area without completely covering the seat?

PM swftiii (Skip). I think he made some sort of panel that covered the bolster; it looked good. You can also try pushing your seat back whenever you get in and out and make a concerted effort to not have your butt rub the leather.

How to protect your bolster while looking very ungraceful:
To get in, hover your butt over the seat and plop down into the middle, then swing your legs in.
To get out, swing both legs out and climb out.
My seats at 36K miles look pretty much new, and I'm not the smallest driver on Rennlist.

Pete -- I'm with you, probably not the smallest driver either. I do the same thing relative to entry and exit -- there has to be a better way. I plan to try to get in touch with Skip -- maybe he's found a way.
