I have some like that too lying around in a drawer somewhere. When I got the car many years ago I thought they might have been some rare factory option. Nope, they were just old faded center caps, exactly like yours.

As long as you have a key head with a working light the color of the crest doesn't matter)

My original keys were the switchblades with no crests. The remote buttons were collapsed and the things felt like they were going to twist apart in your hands whenever you started the car. I converted both to separate fobs and lighted heads with colored crests.
