Mark in Hermosa

Just a public thanks to Max911. Max responded to someone posting the availability of a turbo bumper. He wanted to get rid of his bumperettes and was going to paint the new one.

I was interested in it also as it was Adventurine Green (and a really good deal). Max gave me the bumper instead of keeping it for himself being my cab is adv. green and it would be a plug and play change for me.

I tried to talk him out of it, but he insisted.

Once again, thanks a lot Max.

Lastly, if anyone has a turbo bumper that they want to get rid of, let me or Max know. Of course, it would be great if it didn't have the bumperettes AND/OR it was polar silver....

thanks must go to Tom C. who let a member of this forum have a chance to purchase it (for next to nothing) instead of auctioning it off to the highest bidder. So, i was just paying it forward. Besides, there was no way I could sand/strip off that green paint with a clear conscience!!!! oh Mark, i'm Arctic Silver. max
