I've been through dozens of sites recently but have not come across a single speed yellow C4S for sale. Anyone know of one?

I'm not picky on options, just want a 4S and want speed yellow. Sport seats would be nice but are not a showstopper as they are easy to add after the fact.
The car will be a daily driver so I am not too concerned about mileage either. And I'm willing to travel anywhere within the US.

It's not Speed Yellow though, it's actually Ferrari Fly Yellow.

Thanks pin, I actually did see that car at RPM, I live in Houston so went and looked in person a couple of weeks ago. The owner, Ray, is a really nice guy and knows Porsches pretty well. He says his focus is really just in premium, low miles cars. While he has some very nice cars his prices are correspondingly high compared to the market.

I'm hoping to find a car with closer to average mileage as I'm hesitant to pay a premium for a low miles car and then using it as a daily driver.

 

Thanks Kim, point well taken on the cost of sport seats. The ones I have seen for sale have been in that price range and that is a pretty stiff price. Hopefully I will find a car that already has them.

The price is $59900 which seems to be at the higher end of the market. I suppose the low miles and perhaps the aero kit are part of the justification for that price.

 

I see the above is the same car Bill is selling in the Rennlist classifieds. Will definitely contact him about that car as would feel better buying from a Rennlister.

Thanks JERS911, I assume you mean the PCA site? Unfortunately I am currently without a Porsche and thus I am not a PCA member. No membership - no access to classifieds. If you could provide more details I would be most grateful.

I see they offer a "quest" membership for those of us looking for Porsches. I'll call tomorrow to check that out, they are already closed today.

They've had this car for quite a while, so maybe they'll come down to something realistic on the price.

I came across a really nice C4S several months back and opted not to purchase it as it did not have some of the options on it that I wanted. The car was located in Florida and is a non-aero kit car and has about 5k original miles on it. I think the owner was asking somewhere around $60-62k. If you're interested, let me know and I will pull up the old email and forward the owners email address to you.

 

Yes, I definately meant PCA, a little dyslexic sometimes. However, this is the same car shown in the autotrader. Nice looking car though.

 

The car that Sloan listed has had body and paint work....per Sloan....

I don't know whether he owns it or it is on consignment....he seems to only be available on the weekends....I tried any number of times to get complete info on a car....I gave up!
