Default Turn signal issue

SO last week my turn signals started staying on and not blinking 1995 C4. I just replaced the steering wheel stem from LA Dismantlers, and now they still stay on but there is a buzzing sound when activated in the center console which was not there before. What the heck is that and why would my turn signals not be blinking....still??? BTW the emergency flashers work fine and no buzzing noise. Is the relay in the center console?? I pulled the left most instrument cluster and saw the two relays there but they look nothing like the porsche replacement I purchased just in case. HELP!!!

I don't have the full answer - but the buzzing is likely coming from the relay for the turn signals that is located behind the dash. When I upgraded to LED's I recall having to remove one of the instrument gauges to access the relay.

Sorry about it but here is what you have to realize.
The 20+ your old turn stalk cluster most likely has internal issues.
Replace the related relays and if things don't settle down, replace all the bulbs as one may have internal resistance issue, then check things such as the grounding wire in the steering wheel. If you know how to use a volt/ohm meter check the bulb socket grounds and the hot wire side for shorts to ground or open conditions
Because of the nature of the part, the turn signal stalk assembly is not one that is best purchased used

I know the buzzing is coming from the center console as I took out the switches and it is load and clear from there. Seems I traded a stuck on turn signal switch to a dead/buzzing one. Will see if I can get a refund and buy a brand new Porsche unit.
