I noticed that although my fan delivers heat or air conditioning to my cabin, when I shut off my car, the fan that either brings ambient air to the engine or exhausts the engine heat isn't running.
1. If I don't repair the source can I damage the engine?
2. What should I look for to restore the fan to operate as designed?
