Default Absolute best seat recover?

Hello all.

So im wondering who might be the very best source for having a pair of 993 black seats recovered? I'm looking for identical to OEM leather, perforation, stitching..... essentially perfect brand new seats for my 95 993.

My seats are not bad at all but I am a bit **** about having my interior look perfect.

Thanks for for any suggestions

If you are an absolute purist. I would search/wait for an OEM set that has been put on the shelf and someone (eventually) advertises for sale to clear space in their garage.

Robert Budd is a really good and helpful guy, will sell you the covers or you can ship him your seats.
Has the correct leather, both finish, and perf.
Here is the posting when I did my seats DIY:

Autos International in Escondido, CA does superb work, lots of concours-level customers. They did my cashmere seats about ten years ago, and they still look perfect/new. Their web address is http://www.porschetopsandinteriors.net/

FWIW, I bought new leather covers for my 993-style 968 seats from Robert Budd. I have not installed them yet, but they are top quality and I would highly recommend working with him. He is also recovering a number of my interior pieces. Completely satisfied so far!

Give Classic 9 a call and ask... I wouldn't be surprised if they could do the crest. Not shilling for Classic 9 / RBudd - just a satisfied customer.

The prior owner of my C4S had the seats redone and to my eye they look great. I have the receipt and he paid $2500.

But if I were doing it, I'd pay the $5500 and just go this way:

Good to know. I'd been surfing around and bookmarked these so in a weak moment I'd probably buy some. Now the temptation can be gone, sort of. . .

Don't be put off. Price also fluctuates with the dollar-euro exchange rate. Best get in touch with Waldemar and see how much he'll charge you. I got my seats with heat which was an extra.

They look recovered because the rest of the interior looks original. Solution - redo the entire interior!😆
