That is definitely caused by using water-cooled oil instead of air-cooled oil. Maybe a new post asking about the best oil for a 993?

I'm not sure why we even put up with these cars. Rubber and plastic parts shouldn't do stuff like this after only 20+ years.

That's from the soft valve guide material, elbow grease and a malfunctioning SAI check valve. Those things almost never break!

Probably caused by undue cavitation from the removal of the engine undertray. The factory knew what they were doing when they installed those.
That or dry rot from living on jack stands 11 months out of the year.
