Default Strut tower brace

Hi, I recently bought and installed a rennline tower brace. I noticed the front shock towers are pretty close to the firewall which much create a lot of rigidity. Am I going to feel the difference with this mod in hard street driving??

Also, have any engineers placed measurung equiptment between these two points during a track session to get an idea if there is any spreading or compression in the span???

When I installed the upper strut tie bar...I definately felt the difference in the front end. Much tighter...not as much flex in the front end. Turn in response was a bit sharper too.

After the 2nd day of driving the car...I got used to it....and the modification wasn't as noticeable....then the RoW M030 went in...and the ballgame changed entirely !!!

Good Luck with it !!

Try a search since this subject has been discussed a number of times.
E.g., Strut Brace Thread

I had installed a Rennline bar (later replaced w/a stainless Brey Kraus) & noticed a difference in hard driving.

I notice a big difference in my Cab after Max911 installed mine. Front end tightened up nicely. My guess is that like all mods that improve handling, you get used to it - but I continue to appreciate what it has to offer.

I definately noticed the difference when I installed mine a year to two ago. Enjoy it.
