Default Problems with Eurotoyz on eBay?

Has anyone else experienced problems with this seller on eBay. He has had my money ($1,700!) and my parts for over 4 months and keeps giving me the run around.

I'd be careful dealing with him until I get some resolution.

What kind of stuff does that guy sell?

Hope you get your parts soon.

If it is for the PSS9's, it's probably because he doesn't have any yet.

I had a very satisfactory experience with Eurotoyz personally. However, that could be because I was able to just drive down to his shop rather than wait for shipping.

He shipped me a damaged european front turbo bumper that was labeled as new but looked like it had been used and resprayed with primer. He also refuses to refund my money even though I delivered the parts back to UPS months ago.

Interestingly, I almost bought a turbo front bumbper from him, but felt a little queasy after our first phone chat. After a couple of other conversations that left me feeling no better, I finally bought the bumper cover from my dealer (sorry Gert, but the euro/dollar exchange isn't quite as deeply felt at the dealer level yet). Glad I stayed away.

That's terrible, have you left feedback as of yet? If not threaten him with a negative, as of now he has a 98.2% positive feedback that he probably wants to protect.

Just bumping this up to the top so our friends at Eurotoyz don't forget to do the right thing.

Mike_A,
What do you want Citi to do...if the guy hasn't used your credit card, you haven't lost anything. WHat are they supposed to do?

I have had very good experiences with Citi reimbursing me when I've been frauded...I hope it works out for you.

Mike_A,
You could also claim the card lost/stolen, and the guy wouldn't be able to authorize.

Best,
John
