Salty and crusty! Just like no 993 owner wants their car to be! Haha.

Thanks. A friend gave me a very ratty set of wheels from his C2S and I sanded them down and repainted them that color.

I think it is the Dupli-color Graphite. Like 5 coats of self-etching primer and then 4 rounds of spraying. I went through two cans of paint for 4 wheels.

Your car looks great... good for you that you're enjoying it in all seasons!

Do you use anything under-spray protection like Krown?

Strictly Illinois Department of Transportation approved calcium chloride. Haha.

Curious about your new DD! Don't leave me hanging.

Take care,

09 Cayenne GTS 6MT, esssentially one owner, sold and serviced at the same Cleveland area Pcar dealer it’s entire life, I have the full maintenance history on it.. Has PDCC, bi-xenons, towing pkg, and a few other bits. 94k miles (now), needs a couple relatively minor(in Porsche terms) mechanical things, and a few minor cosmetic issue too. Amazing sounding 4.8L V8, but will be made louder...and lowered some with these fancy little Airmatic links. I’m a week in, and I am surprised how much I like it.

These plastic door silll covers are just garbage. Mine have taken a beating. Time for some metal ones.

Does a red nose come with your shoes?

Great to see it being used. I really need to drive mine more this year.

You must miss heated seats.
What tires do you use for winter driving?
