Well if its raining I wont make it do to I have no top for the targa at the moment. So its not going to rain!
Parking at the Tavern is always a challenge, but thats what makes it so great. If the run does go ahead in the rain finding another spot to have lunch may be an idea as the Tavern will be outside on Sundays for BBQ (except for in the bar). Then I guess I will just have to meet up for lunch with the group.

I just got my 993 back from its front paint job, and the paint needs to cure 30 days before putting the Clear Armor kit on. If I can make it, it will be in my wife's silver E420 at the Cold Springs Tavern, but I promise to park discretely in the back of the parking lot.

Hope you guys wouldnt mind a 71T making the drive. I think I can talk the wife into letting me take a break from this remodel I am almost finished with. Cold Springs Tavern is a local fav but the restuarant is not open on Sundays. Instead they have a guy BBQ some of the best Tri Tip sandwich's you have ever tasted(and Tom & Kenny, great blues duo). If you are looking for more of a sit down lunch, Santa Barbara has some great places that Phil could ( or myself ) direct the crew to.
Heres to meeting you guys on the 22nd

the 912 is doing well.. shes in hibernation right now, and is awaiting for the snow to thaw and spring to let her come out and play. before she comes out to play for the summer though, i will have to take the heads off, send em out to be machined, and a full valve job on both heads will be done. on top of that the front pan where the suspension bolts up to the body will be replaced as well.
my lastes project.. restoring a set of early headlights frome bare metal, and getting a set of headlight grills for that great vintage look. next.. horn grill mounted fog lights!
what have you been up to dan? havent seen you on here much or even gotten a chance to talk to you again since we talked at the show. anything new going on?
if you guys head up there, definitly take some pics for me! you will not be disappointed if you guys head up there.

Well thay are saying rain here in Santa Barbara for Sunday. That leaves me out. If it is rescheduled I will do my best to make it. Plus as good as the tri-tip BBQ is at the Tavern, standing in the rain and mud trying to eat is not fun. May just have to work on the Porsche then head to Brophy's for some clam chowder and Bloody Mary's.
