Has any one here replaced their master cylinder? I believe that the one on my race car is needing replacement after talking with several more knowledgable individuals. Just curious if this is a DIY worth undertaking. Hank's mechanic said it was a 2 hour job and not tough to get to (of course that may be easy for him to say )

And is their a different part for the Euro RS cars?

It was great to be at Road Atlanta this weekend, we lucked out on the weather and it was great to see Rick, Hank and Robin again. See you guys in a month.

It is good to see you again this weekend, me and Hank both agreed that you present yourself as such a happy person. Definitely puts a smile on our faces when we see you.

I have stare at the master cylinder several time for lengthy period while trying to change the front sway bar on Hank's "chicken coupe". It doesn't look like a difficult DIY, I would assume the hardest part of the job is to bleeded it properly after the swap.

Thanks for the info. I have the manuals at home and haven't looked at them but do you think the bleeding procedure is just like bleeding your calipers or do you do something at the master cylinder?
Of all the pics why would you use that one of me! I hope you didn't get any of me as I took the fast way through 10A with no brakes. <img src="graemlins/cussing.gif" border="0" alt="[grrrrrrr]" /> Lots of reasons to be happy after having an incident free weekend with all those stupid Legend cars running around.

No, it is Rick from Hilton Head's Cup Car. If you look at some of the older pics on Robin's website you will see his old Carrera S (yellow), he did the smart thing and sold it to buy a Cup car at Indy a couple years ago. Real nice guy hopefully he can be at VIR for the Viper event.
