I wouldn't exactly call it a mounting rig. I drilled a couple of holes in the LP and zip tied it to the lower grill. Not exactly elegant but effective. The local constabulary need to be able to see the plate from 10 feet w or w/o bra (non-LP design). This seemed to fit the bill. Although I don't recommend it for those who need pristine paint (as you can see my lower bumper is rather beat) I drive the poop out of my sled (110K mi) and don't mine relative minor road wounds below the view line.
