This collar was in the box of parts I got back from the shop who split my hubs from my carriers. Where does it go? It doesn’t seem to be needed. I received 2 of these back, 1 with each rear hub.
After further examination, I believe that part is 1/2 of the inner race of a bearing. Not sure why the shop gave it to me as if it was part of the hub assembly.
