Just installed a used Fabspeed RSR Maxflo Header system without Heat Exchangers that I purchased from another rennlister.

Sounds like I have an exhaust leak somewhere.

Question I have is there somewhere other then fabspeed to purchase new clamps because FabSpeed has been unresponsive.
Also, is there a gasket I can purchase between the exhaust manifold and header.

Not sure what clamps you're looking for... muffler straps? Or clamps for the muffler tips?

For gaskets there are heat exchanger to cylinder head rings, you need 6:

Depending on what year your 993 is you'll need 2 of either this (for gillet):
