Regarding the lights, I just did the entire kit Bergville FX kit, with the addition of buying the Morimoto lens from Retrofit source. However, I later had a conversation with Lightwerkz in NJ (no affiliation, happy customer). They can piece together an incredibly bright and clear kit as well. I had them spec out a kit for my truck and it's better than any pre-packaged kit I could find.
