BW Motorsports sells a replica Turbo S vent and it has a 55 w Corvette foglight in it. Works very well aand is relatively inexpensive. Put that one on my White 4S when I put on the Euro bumper cover. On my Arena Red 4S I put the Euro cover on and a set of the Turbo S vents( not closed off BTW) with the driving(positioning) lights as I was able to buy them for 150$ new in the box from a guy who was selling them in the RennClassifieds. The best trick I have done on cooling is to stack 2stock oil coolers together. We seam welded theem and fabricated some banjo bolt type fittings so they work together using the stock mounting bracket, fan and existing lines( no additional lines). Car runs just above the 1st line now in the heat under extended loads, versus just below the 2nd line under the same situation before.

when setting up your brake cooling hose, where did the end of the hose go on the brake rotor? I have seen the AJ-USA kit that has a backing plate, did you have something fabricated? or do you just point it at the back of the rotor and wire it up?

I did exactly what Seth referred to. It is not the best way but it is a marked improvement. We (actually my mechanic) is going to take the carbon fiber ducts off a GT2 factory race car and have a composites guy duplicate them to work on 993's then I will be able to feed a 4 inch hose directly to the eye of the rotor and have real cooling.

all this has me confused, now is there a set up that bolts in w/o paint and covers the bumperets?
i thought i read something about a clear corner light that extended over the space where the bumperet goes. then couldnt you change the corner light and the fog light to a vent light combo and presto no paint work?

If you guys are looking for the Turbo S ducts. I would not get the factory ones. The foglight isn't a projector lamp like Techarts or Gerts.
I have found another place recently in the US that sells the kit for about 600 with all the ducting etc etc. BW Motorsports.
Ask for Brad he's a good guy.

regarding filling the holes where the bumperets go, i have my bumperets, corner lamps and fogs off car, and still am confused about the mention of having to go to a body shop to fill the bumperet space. looks like to me the new light covers the space.
and didnt an above post mention something to that effect? just want to see if there is a option to avoid having to repaint ofer my factory paint.
thanks

Ken,
Do you have 993 or 964?
If 964, euro lights will cover everything but 993, you'll end up with the hole above the lights (actually, really stubid idea to do it like they did it with 993 )

I'm interested in what you say here because I thought I had the Porsche genuine part fitted by a dealer looks like this:
The turn lamp (indicator) doesn't fit particularly well next to the fog light. It juts out by 1/4 inch or so.

Silver Bullet.......the problem seems to be that the screws that retain the foglamp assembly protrude too much and don't allow the indicator lens to sit flush. I wondered whether there was a special indicator lens that goes with the kit, as the orange standard item is too thick to fit well.
