on friday my 993 search will be over 
I fly from New Orleans Friday morning to Tucson AZ to pick up my "new" Arena Red 1997 Carrera 2.
Details:

PPI was done at Radmacher Porsche (independamt shop) in Tucson and came out with just a few small things which the dealer (Beaudry) is taking care of
I can not wait to drive it back cross country

found it on Porsche.com pre-owned listing. A 96 Polar Silver with flamenco red interior showed up on there today, I check every 3 days or so

Jon - don't forget to pack some CDs, a V1, a DME relay, spare remote battery, extra set of belts and the Porsche tool needed to change the belts....you never know. you should be able to get some kind of parts discount from the dealer since you are buying the car from him.
