This guy is the dictionary definition of your typical "used-car salesman". Don't know **** about the car he's trying to throw at you.

Guys although this is funny please refer to the Rennlist policy that no ebay links are to be posted on this board as well as links to non sponsors which is one of the things we can do to keep this community alive and thriving. A lot of people have and will be trying to take advantage of our buying power and our collective and are not willing to support Rennnlist... So we have to protect ourselves and the Rennlist community and this is the only way to do it.

Also a lot of people here do not appreciate off topic items like these to be posted on the individual boards. That is why the Off Topic lounge is there as well as other discussion forums for topics that do not concern the 993.

Please understand this is not a flame but just a friendly advise in the same manner that this advise was given to me when I joined this wonderfull community.

It's the first 993 STYLE 964 model as it were. And so rare in 1989...check this out...89 CARRERA 4's are so rare they are NOT LISTED in the N.A.D.A. used car book or kbb.com for 1989. GOOD LUCK and Regards, J. Winston Barrington III

I could swear I bought a gold Rolex from this guy on Canal Street the other day; only cost me 20 bucks.

Maybe they do.
Maybe they don't.
Maybe we should take a vote.
Maybe we won't.
Maybe that would be off topic.

993 was mentioned several times in the ad. I don't think its that off topic.

I find it interesting that when a moron describes a desirable and obviously unrecognized Porsche, they assume it is a 993.

I thought for a second that "slim shady" was going to somehow reference the 959!

Maybe next time.

Yeah, its a N/A 959 with 993 style. Any serious collecter would know that.

And the lucky owner will also get a jar of grey poop-on their mantle...

Nearly as good a selling point as "24 free dinners to Shari's..."

I thought he *did* reference the 959...

"the fabulous Porsche racing inspired all-wheel drive"

I am far from an expert on Porsche racing, but I don't know of any pre-1989 all-wheel drive racing that Porsche did, other thn the 959.

Good catch Jack! So Slim Shady did reference it. He should have mentioned that his C4 may have run the Paris to Dakar Race!
