WTB: 993 Coupe in Polar Silver

Worth a PPI
Thank you, I really like this one, but these deals are so hard to judge, the dealer refers to the carfax when asking about service records. They just seem like such a shot in the dark.
By the way, does anyone know the percentage of 993 owners active on Rennlist? Always wondered about that.

That car '96 C2 that is showing as ended on ebay I have seen it in person twice. Didn't drive it just sat on it an popped the engine hood and appeared in good order. I was interested in a low mileage 98 C4S he has there but took a look at all 993s he had inside the warehouse anyway. The dealer is around the corner from my Mother's social club, no affiliation with either the club or the dealer, but I usually take her there once or twice a week depending on her events. I can go talk some more about this car on one of those instances if you are seriously interested. He has some other beauties inside all Porsches from 930s to 964 turbos, America Roadsters etc. I've been living in Miami and Miami Beach for 22 years and doing business in Miami is always a shady proposition. Cars, real estate, boats, anything. But personally having recently bought a 964 C4 and also a 993 4S to a fellow rennlister (both out of state), if my budget would be around $45-$50K I would get down here, do a thorough PPI, which they are open to do and make them a solid offer. That car has been sitting there for at least 4 months. Send me a PM if you want to go through with this. Guy's name is Tony at the dealer and I have his contact info. Also there is a fellow PCA member down here that has a tip '96 Targa for sale, not sure mileage but have seen the car multiple times at our cars and coffee and it shows very well. It is Ocean Blue Metallic just like my 993C4S. Also couple more dealers you can look into here in Miami area that might or might not have what you are looking for. I have all their contacts as visited them all in December 2017 before I eventually bought my 993C4S right here in RL from cmab. Good luck with search.

Ad doesn't specify color, but this '96 C2 looks like it's PS as well: https://orangecounty.craigslist.org/...470848676.html.

Julio- This car has been on CarGurus since at least Sept where it started out at $120K. Eight prices reductions since. I saw it in person at Lars Anderson Museum in MA. OK, but nothing to justify anything near that ask. I emailed the seller when it was still at $120k to point out the car should fetch 93-ish, maybe less in this market. It's now within striking range.
