Question Silver hood badge

Hi, the Carrera 4 four in 1995 seems to have a silver/titanium theme going on ei. brake calipers, rear lettering, shift ****, so I would like to complete the look with a silver hood crest. I have searched but came up empty.
Thanks,
Steve

Both AJ USA and Pelican Parts have them for sale on their web sites - about $80. You can also find them for sale on e-bay.

Well - if you hang on about a day or three - you may be able to purchase them for a bit less then $80... They are beautiful - and worth the wait...!!

John are you going to buy one for Snow White?
Pelican has them for 81+ in addition to the news nuts that hold it on.
Why will they be cheaper?
Also, are you intersted in a colgan bra for your 993. I am in the process of adding a front spoiler lip and I do not think it will fit my car anymore?

If you are in SoCal, you can pick one up directly from Ralph Boothe. He lives/works in Hacienda Heights. From my understanding, he is the source from which everyone gets theirs.

Ralph responded to an email inquiry I made and told me yes, he sells them ($80), doesn't advertise them on his site (to not compete with his dealers) and that they are made by Porsche (as he could not legally make them.) Just so y'all know.

I like to follow the links I see in people's posts so I followed the above link and then went to his home page at this link

The home page focuses on a porsche wheel center cap that does not rotate as the wheel turns. That's pretty cool. It said it was patented, and being a patent attorney, I had to check it out - you can see how it works at this link to his patent. It may take a few seconds to load, depending upon how busy the patent office web site is.

Wheel Centres are waayy cool (I wonder if Rolls Royce went to see Ralph when they put them on the new RR??) - maybe a bit heavy tho!

As stated earlier - the silver badges are not on his website but give him a call/email he does also ship to England...

Hi Guys....

I wanted to do some checking first - but the Silver Hood badges, and a handful of other items (to be announced), will be available from Rennlist directly. These are Porsche licensed items, and some will able to be pre-ordered perhaps as soon as tomorrow. It's Jen's and my intent to offer them at less then any other supplier on a consistient basis, and as well - have a "Holiday Price" which will be either date or quantity limited....

Since this is out first "foray" into accessory sales via Rennlist Direct - we'd both appreciate your suggestions, comments and feedback....

Oh - here is what a silver hood crest looks on a dark car:
