Alex, I also have a 95 cab with vin# 342346, built in 12/94. The harness was replaced. My old part number ended with 05.

Thanks everyone for the help I'm going to setup my replacement today. I also noted from the TSB but parts such as the oil-pressure sensure have to be detached and since mine needs to be replaced I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will agree to replace this part with no labour charge.
