Default 115 mile, 993 Turbo. How Much?

Out driving yesterday I saw this amazing 993 Turbo.

Speaking with the owner he let me know that he bought it new in '97 and has since only driven it 115 miles. It's mint.

Thoughts on it's value?

My only thought is: Why would you drive a 115 mile Turbo to Bed Bath &Beyond?

Call RM Auctions. List no reserve and let it fly... All what somebody is willing to pay.

The first thing I asked him was 'how the hell have you avoided driving this'. I'm not sure he really got the point.

Hahahah - He was parked as far away from the store as possible while he wife was in there perusing the 'beyond' section. Poor lady had to walk about a mile to get back to the car.

Given the mileage yet his willingness to drive it for a shopping trip, they must less than a mile from the shopping center...which begs the question why even drive there.

Second thought is, I'm amazed it is in running order still with 115 miles in 20-years. How many fluid changes per mile driven has this guy done?

i sometimes wonder about these super low mileage 993's. Are people pulling the odometer cable? Its just so surprising to see a car like this with such low miles. I don't think anyone thought when the 993 came out it would be a collector car.
The exception being low production vehicles, like RS, Turbo S, and GT2

I actually thought that. I was working out the mileage that he had driven just to take his wife to Bed Bath and I think it's easily a 40-mile round trip. Something doesn't make sense.

I'd say he was off on the mileage. Car looks lowered too. Maybe 15K or a really nice 150K? Either one is possible but 150 doesn't sound rational. NY's can sometimes embellish stories!

Very nice. Surprised the stone guards are not more yellowed. Bad parking job.

Agreed What made this trip to BB&B so special that he was willing to increase his mileage by 30%??
