Porsche wheels or Replica??????
I bought TechArt 18's for my car and was selling the wheels on Ebay. My reserve was not met but had an offer near what I expected. The guy asked me for the P numbers and I went out and checked them SURPRISE SURPRISE one wheel is made in Italy!! I think I need to have a talk with the guy I bought the car from!
The offset for one wheel is 47 and the other is 55 after driving the car for a year I never noticed anything odd about the handling. You would think it would be all over the road. I am very dissapointed finding this out. I'm glad I didn't sell them and make myself look bad in a business sense. Any thoughts on why the car handle OK with different wheel offsets. <img border="0" alt="[grrrrrrr]" title="" src="graemlins/cussing.gif" />

My OEM 17" 996 twist wheels were stamped "Italy" on the back. Also, are the different offsets front to rear? As it is normal to have differing offsets on the front compared to the rear, if it's side to side that's a different story...
