tires average lifespan
In your experience, what is the average lifespan in miles or km. for a set of tires on a 992, with normal road use without a track, differentiating front and rear, for Michelin, Pirelli and Goodyear with NA markings?

As for the 992.1, I’ll have to let you know. As for my experience with 911’s generally 901(G body), 997.2 and 991.2, it has typically been 150% to 100% front to rear. Actual mileage depends on the tire make and model and driving style. Anecdotally, I have observed 18,000ish front to 12,000ish rear.

I've had 2 911's. The first was a 14' 991.1C2S. 32K front and every 10K for the rears. 00' 992 C2 10K for rears and 21K for fronts. Both cars equipped with Pirellis. Have found the P car dealers would offer lowest price for tires and Discount Tires to install them.
Past experience
GT4 14,000 miles
GT4 RS 9000 miles
911 991 GTS 12,000 miles
GT3 8000 miles
911 992.2 GTS current work in progress
When I replaced the rears I always replaced the fronts as well.

992.1 GTS manual. Both Goodyear and Michelins, I've gotten about 20k miles per set. Rears wore out a little faster but not by much from my driving. I too change all 4 at once.
I'm on my 3rd set now.

Factory GY Rears lasted 18,700 miles. Fronts probably had another 5,000 miles in them. But I elected to swap all 4 to PS4S at that time. I’m at 30,700 miles now and I could probably see needing rear tires in another 4-5k miles. I believe rears are down to 6/32. Starting to notice slightly less rear grip if I punch it hard.
100% Florida road driven. Not really any twisties and mostly highway and surface street miles.

Look at tire softness to know which will wear the fastest. The F1s wear the fastest but are also the stickiest unless you move up to a cup2. If you are driving hard on twisty roads near the limit you'll replace your rears twice as much as the fronts due to the auto braking when the *** starts to slide. But as others have said you can get 25k out of the pirelli or michelin tires if you don't drive the car like a sports car.
As for the 992.1, I’m have to let you know. As for my experience with 911’s generally 901(G body), 996.2 and 991.2, it has typically been 150% to 100% front to rear. Actual mileage depends on the tire make and model and driving style. Anecdotally, I have observed 18,000ish front to 12,000ish rear.
I'm hoping for better with the Michelin's Pilot Sport 4S.
My experience in 3 different 911s I have come to expect 12k to 15k on the rears and about 20k on the fronts. The inside tread gets smoked first on the rears due to the camber, rear weight and the way these cars squat under load.
I have about 18.5k on my DD 24 T and w/ the original GY tires the rears are @ 4/32 and the fronts are @ 7/32. Probably going to swap to PS4S next month when I do the 2 year maint.
