992.2 T pdk
Isn’t the manual the entire point of the T? I mean it’s the only non-GT .2 that’s available with a manual… just read the breathless ‘driver focused’ marketing babble if you have any doubts…

I haven’t heard. It’s highly unlikely Porsche would do this for the 992.2 T.
Pdk was available on 992.1 T 2023-2024.

To answer the OP's question, I don't think it's likely.
I think Porsche missed the mark by not offering PASM Sport suspension and rear axle steering on the base car. Or continuing to offer PDK on the T, as was the case with 991.2 and 992.1, which packages all the sporty options together. The 992.2 T is laser focused on the manual aspect of the package but there are those who would like the sport chassis options coupled with PDK in a "base" Carrera.

I think the T package is incredible value for what you get, adding these options to a "S" build only push the price even higher not to mention you dont get the T interior.
@Saul_Goodman Then perhaps just learn to drive a manual. It’s easier than ever with rev matching, etc… find a friend to teach you - it’s a great skill and nobody will be able to steal your car!
This is exactly why I was asking. You cant get these features on the base and no other trim offers the "T" plaid seat inserts.

Who knew? You provided zero background on your driving ownership and history and now have the cojones to cr*p on ppl merely trying to be helpful?
Im more then capable in driving a manual, I already have a few other more classic manuals in the garage so im not interested in another. Imo the porsche pdk is arguably the best gearbox out there so while you manual till I die Willie nillies claim blasphemy, I was simply asking if there were any whispers they might bring it back.
Seems unlikely. Most of the 992.1 T were ordered with a stick, so it's easier for Porsche to make them all with a stick; keeps costs down in the same way that limiting interior options does, which is why the T is (kind of) a bargain relative to an S.
I think Porsche responds the market though; if enough people are clamoring for a PDK T they might do it. But otherwise I think they would rather push people from a base up to an S if they want the performance options.

Unlikely, so what next? You have a few other .2 options in PDK or you’ll need to spring for a .1 PDK “T”. The proclamations about what Porsche should’ve done aren’t helping you in any way.
My 991.2 T is a manual. If i got a 992 T, .1 or .2, my choice would also be a manual. But I do very much understand people wanting a PDK Carrera with the performance options added either individually or packaged together as they are on the Carrera T. "Just get an S" is more than just the jump in base price as you then have to option in performance options on top. A Carrera S with Sport PASM, RAS (mandatory with Sport PASM), and Sport Chrono is a serious step up in price (I myself would add PCCBs to complete the list and further drain my account).
Just mt $.02.
